Returns and Cancellations

Cancellations or order changes is only possible prior to the receipt of your dispatch email with the tracking number. Once the order is dispatched by the E Shop it is not possible to cancel or alter your order. 

You have the right to return part or whole of your order for any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of your receipt of the order. 

The shipping costs for the return of an order and the dispatch of a new order are entirely the responsibility of the customer except where the return is due to a faulty product, in which case the Museum bears the costs.

Return of faulty products

Our products undergo a final quality check during their packaging of your order.  If however you receive a faulty product, please inform us immediately by email at info@acropolismuseumshop.gr  for resolution of the matter.  Where the fault is confirmed, the costs of the shipping of a replacement product are borne by the Museum.

In the event of the return of a faulty item the initial costs of the return of the product to the Museum are paid for by the Customer and if the fault is confirmed after the receipt of the item at the Museum, the Customer is reimbursed for the value of the shipping costs to the Museum.

Reimbursements are credited to the same credit or debit card with which the Customer originally made payment.  For reimbursements, twenty five (25) to thirty (30) calendar days are required from the date of your receipt of the order from the Museum.  

Returns or changes of products are not Items purchased onsite in the Museum Shops at the Museum cannot be returned or changed using the E Shop provisions.
